Quail Ridge Living Center is a 118 bed Skilled Nursing Facility located right on the Oklahoma side of State Line Road - just a road width away from Siloam Springs, Arkansas.
We offer rehabilitation services, including Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy, and we provide long term care. We accept private insurances, Medicaid, and Medicare.
Quail Ridge has a secured memory care unit. We have the ability to provide respite care and hospice care within our facility. Additionally, our facility provides transportation for our residents to help with transfer to appointments and activities.
