About West Siloam Springs' Skilled Therapy Provider
Quail Ridge Living Center is a 118 bed Skilled Nursing and Rehab Facility located right on the Oklahoma side of State Line Road, just a road width away from Siloam Springs, Arkansas.
Long term care residents receive a full range of rehabilitation services including physical, occupational, and speech therapy provided by licensed therapists and nursing staff. Short-term rehab services are also available for outpatients. We accept private insurances and are certified to receive payment through Medicare and Medicaid. We have nurses to help you apply for Medicare in Oklahoma and Arkansas!
If your loved one needs memory care, Quail Ridge offers a secure memory care wing. With 80% of our staff certified as Certified Dementia Practitioners. We will ensure your loved one receives only the highest quality care! Respite and hospice care are also provided for residents.
Transportation is provided for residents who need to go to appointments or participate in other activities.
